At My Sacred Purpose, our mission is to support women who have experienced emotional, psychological or relational trauma in moving beyond self-silencing and reconnecting with their bodies, boundaries and voices.
Through trauma-informed somatic education, breathwork and embodied self-leadership, we create practical pathways for women to understand their protective patterns, strengthen self-trust and express who they truly are—with greater clarity, confidence and choice.
We believe women do not need to be fixed. They need opportunities to return to themselves—and the support to build lives led by their own truth rather than old survival patterns.

Ann Dressah is a trauma-informed embodiment coach, somatic educator, author and voice reclamation guide.
For decades, Ann Dressah knew what it meant to appear strong and capable while silencing her needs, abandoning her boundaries and living disconnected from her authentic voice. 1. What is The Voice of Light™?
The Voice of Light™ is an eight-week, trauma-informed and choice-led educational programme for women who know what they need or want to say but lose access to their voice when disagreement, criticism or disappointment feels unsafe. Through the Seven Gates of Sacred Somatics™, you will build embodied safety, strengthen self-trust and practise expressing needs and boundaries in real-life situations.
2. Who is this programme for?
It is designed for capable, high-functioning women who are often the strong one for everyone else but may freeze, please, over-explain, go silent or abandon their decisions during emotionally charged interactions. It is for women seeking education, practical tools and supported practice rather than emergency or clinical mental-health care.
3. Is The Voice of Light™ therapy?
No. The Voice of Light™ is a non-clinical educational and facilitated group programme. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or crisis support, and it is not intended to replace care from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.
4. Will I have to share personal experiences?
No. You will never be required to disclose private experiences, describe traumatic events or relive painful memories. Every practice is invitational, and you remain in charge of your pace, depth and level of participation throughout the programme.
5. How is the programme delivered?
The programme combines seven short self-paced Gate modules, eight core live group sessions, a physical learner workbook, embodied practices and practical tools for difficult moments. It is designed to fit around everyday work, family and personal responsibilities, with brief practices that can be integrated into daily life.
6. What happens when I join the priority list?
Joining the priority list gives you early information about the founding cohort, including confirmed dates, enrolment details and first access when places become available. Joining the list is free and does not commit you to purchasing the programme.
